Water Heater Man, Inc., is a growing service plumbing company in Orange. We have been serving our community since 1978. We offer medical insurance, paid holidays, paid vacations, paid sick days, profit sharing and several company sponsored events each year.

Compensation Package

•Base pay
•6 paid holidays
•11 paid vacation days 1st yr, 3 weeks after 2 yrs, 4 weeks after 5 years
•5 paid sick days-don’t use sick pay and we will reward you for staying well.
•$350 towards medical/dental/vision insurance premiums
•$50,000 life and AD&D insurance paid by company
•Employee assistance program that includes financial planning, family and personal counseling, identity theft and fraud resolution, stress or anxiety with work or family, addictions such as alcohol and drug abuse.
•Regular performance bonuses
•401(k) with regular profit sharing contributions
