We're on the lookout for a Marketing & Development Manager to spearhead all marketing and sales endeavors. Collaborating closely with our administration team, you'll ensure our building remains a vibrant center for healthcare professionals. From strategic planning to physician recruitment, you'll be pivotal in maintaining full occupancy and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Physicians Recruitment Committee to attract top-tier medical talent, assisting them in starting new practices, relocating, or joining existing practices within our building.
  • Take the lead on sales, marketing, and communication initiatives, collaborating on strategic planning with the board of directors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for leasing activities, striving to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
  • Partner with our administration team to maintain and update database knowledge regarding tenants’ plans and future requirements.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to spot trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Foster partnerships with medical associations to boost the visibility of our building.
  • Develop and oversee our online presence through social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Deploy innovative marketing strategies to engage target physicians across various platforms.
  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with physicians and community stakeholders.
  • Organize special events to showcase the building and its amenities.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as required to meet the organization's evolving needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing and/or real estate.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, and commercial leasing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other relevant software for efficient task execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport and trust with tenants and external network members.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 plus Comprehensive Benefits
