CNC Programmer - Mills and Lathes
Responsible for planning and programming machining sequences for large, complex, precision machined components. Work consists of programming 3, 4 & 5 axis machining centers, horizontal and vertical lathes, and Okuma 5 axis VTL and HMC. Ensures efficient tool paths. Works with planning and shop personnel to analyze and improve cycle times on new and existing part programs. Updates/revises programs as needed. Primary materials machined are forged steel/alloys, aluminum with some Inconel/ titanium.
Pay Range: $19 - $24 per hour base pay. Swing shift pays 10% on all wages.
Under general supervision, utilizes electric/pneumatic tools to drill, buff, sand, deburr and polish parts according to specifications/router. Chooses the correct abrasive materials and tool for the task. Installs hardware such as bushings and assembles parts by pinning, screwing, etc. May hand drill/tap part, check to ensure specifications such as tolerance, torque, etc. are met. Cleans parts.
Maintenance Technician II- 2 Shift
EXPECTED HIRING RANGE: $30 - $42 per hour
The Maintenance Technician Level II works to maintain, troubleshoot, repair and optimizing both production machinery (CNC mills/lathes, 3-5 axis machines) and facility support systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, cranes, pumps, etc.). They will assist in preventive maintenance, manage emergency response, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Under general supervision, machines parts/stock on various Vertical Turret lathes. Loads parts/stock onto machine and ensures the correct set up to run program and ensure safety. Monitors machines to ensure optimum performance. Makes manual corrections as required to meet production times and ensure compliance to specifications. May alter speed and feed rates. Checks parts to verify specifications such as tolerance, dimensions, etc. are met. Safely unloads completed parts and prepares them for internal transport. Completes necessary paperwork for quality/traceability. May train others.
