The Account Director owns the client relationship, drives the brand strategy and brand position, and manages the day-to-day operations of the Account Service Team. The Account Director fully owns the revenue and projections. He or she establishes and implements Agency operational standards to ensure the timely delivery of outstanding creative that meets the client's strategic objectives.
Primary functions include maintaining an in-depth knowledge of account business needs and market landscape, delivery of strategic and tactical initiatives to meet client business objectives, assisting in meeting or exceeding (agency) financial targets, staffing, developing and leading the integrated team, ensuring timely customer invoicing, and stimulating organic growth within the account. MUST HAVE PRIOR ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE
