Composting Operator - Part time (Frederick, MD)
Do you enjoy working outdoors? Are you interested in a career diverting food waste from landfills? We are hiring a Composting Operator to perform composting operations at our innovative Compost Outposts located in Frederick, MD. As Composting Operator, you will work closely with our Composting Operations Supervisor to turn food scraps from our customer base into nutrient-rich compost. This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week with a variable schedule. After initial training schedule of 9 am - 1 pm Mon. - Fri, schedule will usually be 1 pm - 5 pm Mon. - Fri. Starting pay $18 - $19/hr.

Human Resources Assistant (Rockville, MD)

Hybrid position 30 - 40 hours per week. Starting pay $21 - $23/hr. Must have reliable access to automobile for travel to Maryland sites in Rockville, Upper Marlboro and Frederick as well as other locations in Maryland, DC and Virginia.
Operations Director - Recycling (Rockville, MD)
Are you a hands-on, results driven and collaborative operations leader? Join us at Compost Crew, where you'll run all operations in the Washington D.C. metro region. Bring your expertise in waste management, logistics or transportation. You'll direct and coordinate daily operations of collections and hauling, fleet management, inventory management and facility management. This is a hybrid position with 40 - 80% of the time expected to be in the field. Annualized salary range $105K - $159K.
Roll-Off Driver - CDL (Upper Marlboro)

Sales Representative - Commercial (Rockville, MD)
Do you want to use your strategic sales skills to have a major measurable impact on environmental health and well-being? As Commercial Outside Sales Representative, you'll sell our market-leader composting services to commercial locations such as restaurants, hotels, schools, multi-family dwellings, and other local businesses in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia (DMV). This is a hybrid position, with 80% time in the company office/customer meetings and 20% time in your home office. Position annualized salary range $50K - $75K. Generous variable compensation opportunity of up to 40-60% of base salary.
Sales Representative-Government/Municipal Accounts (Rockville, MD)
Do you want to use your strategic sales skills to have a major measurable impact on environmental health and well-being? As Sales Representative-Government/Municipal Accounts, you'll sell our market-leader composting services to government entities and local communities in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia (DMV). This is a hybrid position, with 50% time in the company office/customer meetings and 50% time in your home office. Position annualized salary range $50K - $75K. Generous variable compensation opportunity of up to 50-70% of base salary.
Warehouse Coordinator (Frederick, MD)
As Warehouse Coordinator, you'll have primary responsibility for performing receipt, storage, inventory tracking and shipping activities for Compost Crew's e-commerce and recycling businesses. Compost Crew's ecommerce business sells compostable products and materials to individual, business and government customers nationwide. The position requires regular, often-daily travel throughout the DMV region. Starting pay $20 - $25/hr.
