We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and hands-on Controller to lead and actively participate in the day-to-day accounting operations of our organization. This is not a purely supervisory role-the successful candidate will be expected to personally execute key accounting functions while providing leadership, oversight, and strategic financial guidance.

Expert-level knowledge and practical application of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements, managing the month-end and year-end close processes, maintaining strong internal controls, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Company's financial reporting.

This position is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting, maintaining effective internal controls, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and driving continuous process improvements.
