Account Management is the hub of the organization. This position will assume the relationship with the client from the sales department once the sales process has ended, and will be the liaison to Circles for the client, assisting with client launches and the ongoing relationship. Responsibilities will include: building and maintaining day to day relationships with the client, assisting in development of a strong communications system with marketing, operations and sales teams. The On-site Concierge offers white glove customer service to our clientele via face-to-face interaction, email and phone. You will provide prompt, courteous and customer-oriented services to patients and visitors.
