As a Community Services Case Manager, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of community members in need of rent and utility assistance, pregnancy support, human trafficking victims assistance, and/or homeless services support. With your boots on the ground, you will serve clients in need by offering them a variety of resources to improve their unique situations.

Mental Health Therapist (South Bend, IN)

The employee in this position provides clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults with identified mental health diagnosis. This service is designed to meet the specific mental health needs of the identified client as they relate to their diagnosis and can be provided in-home, in-office, in-school, by telehealth or other approved/appropriate community setting. Therapy may include psychoeducational activities/interventions designed to assist the client of the reduction of symptoms. Services are provided with client-centered and family-centered approaches and are delivered through individualized treatment planning.

Provide a range of tasks associated with refugee services secretarial duties for supporting the agency's operations.
