Downtown Dog Lounge is not your average doggie daycare!  We are a local, woman-owned business that grew from very humble beginnings in 2002. We have a proven track record of over 16+ years of dedicated experience in this field. We have many happy pups, many happy clients, and many devoted employees.

We provide doggie daycare, boarding, grooming, training and enrichment for dogs at (3) locations in the Seattle area. And now, we are opening a Dog Bakery in Fremont!

We are serious about our business and take pride in a work environment where diversity and team work is celebrated. Our purpose? We are leaders, delivering peace of mind in a safe environment by caring for every dog as our own.

We want our employees to love what they do! Those with a passion for pets, pioneering spirit, high attention to detail, strong organization, strong  communication skills, and follow-through are usually the best match for our company and culture. Solid work ethic and integrity is also prized. We are a 24/7 business and let’s be honest - some of our jobs may not be glamorous. If you’re a roll-up-your-sleeves person who also understands the important relationships between pooches and their owners, give us a look!

We are proud to offer medical and dental benefits to all full-time employees. There is room for growth and as an added bonus, all DDL employees are able to bring their dogs to work.

If you have a good work ethic, great attitude and the desire to grow... we want to meet you. Come grow with us!
