The Sr. Channel Specialist will work with the Key Account Manager to strengthen Dynabrade's commercial position in select sales channels, in alignment with Dynabrade's corporate goals.
Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology, the Network Admin provides support for backend infrastructure (Networking, servers, security) for all Dynabrade Locations. Aids in the evaluation of new technology and the means by which it integrates into existing technology and business processes. Organizes and coordinates installation, deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of the network infrastructure (hardware and software). Responsible for acting on existing trouble tickets established in the tracking system including complex tickets that help desk support analyst cannot resolve.
