Accounting and Human Resources Assistant (Tacoma, WA)

As a "caretaker" of our brand's legacy, the Accounting and HR Assistant will support the Accounting and HR team by providing financial transaction entries, clerical, and administrative services as needed. This combined position will provide assistance to both accounting and human resources functions. This includes processing accounts payable/receivable, managing inventory-related financial records, and performing reconciliations. The role plays a key part in supporting the financial month end process and HR administrative work.

Customer Service Specialist (Tacoma, WA)

As a "caretaker" of our brand's legacy, the primary objective for the Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is to provide exceptional service to the company's devoted mix of business, government, and consumer customers. The highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist (CSS) will supply a high volume of order data entry support and product catalog information according to the customers' needs and specifications.

Inventory Specialist (Tacoma, WA)

As a "caretaker" of the brand's legacy; the Inventory Specialist will support the company's inventory processes by maintaining inventory records, track the status of requisitions and invoices, maintain files and organize inventory records in our databases. The Inventory Specialist supports the procurement and production planning functions by working directly with vendors on purchase order creation and status, generating production orders, and receiving and reporting production. Periodically, the Specialist will also provide the reports necessary for other departments to make high-quality business decisions. The Specialist will use excellent time-management skills to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously that are under tight deadlines.
