Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer will maintain all resort assets and all resort areas to an acceptable quality standard. This position will report directly to the Chief Engineer and is located in Los Olivos, CA.

The Inn at Mattei's Tavern is seeking full and part time baristas who's role will also include cashier and serving duties. This position builds the Mattei's Experience for our guests by providing timely, warm and friendly service, as well as preparing quality beverages and products. 


Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a dining experience to guests which distinguishes our restaurant as being the unquestionable first-choice. Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service at our busy welcome desk. Manage phones and reservations, strategic seating of guests, addressing guest desires with positive semantics and a commitment to accommodate requests.

Server Assistant/Busser, AM Shift, Full-Time and Part-Time

The Server Assistant/Busser works alongside the Server of the section and is responsible for getting everything to and from the tables, accurately, quickly and gracefully. They assist in the control of the information flow into the kitchen and the timing of dishes out to the dining room. They must be able to see the section and the restaurant as a whole and move around their team to accomplish the best service. 


The Sommelier is responsible for assisting in the curation of restaurant wine lists in collaboration with Tavern General Manager and Wine Director. The Sommelier will help to maintain an accurate list, manage inventory, organize the cellar and work with the restaurant management team to ensure wine service and list are to Mattie's and Auberge Resorts Collection standards.

Tavern General Manager

As part of the Auberge family, you will serve the needs of the business, our guests, and your fellow team members by assisting in leading the Food & Beverage operation of the hotel.  The Tavern General Manager is responsible for ensuring visitors to the hotel are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our food and beverage offerings, and that our culinary reputation is second to none in our local market.  


Inn Host (Front Desk Agent)

The Inn Host provides exceptional service and a warm welcome to all on and off property guests who enter the reception area. The Inn Host will ensure all day-to-day operations are well performed with regard but not limited to, guest communication, guest arrival and departure, billing operations and experiences.

Director of Catering Sales

The Director of Catering Sales is responsible for the sales of weddings, social gatherings, celebrations, and elopements. This leader will conduct world class site tours and provide prospective clients with a curated vision for how to bring their event to life.  Develop and execute a proactive sales approach aimed at converting weddings and social events that are aligned with the Auberge brand.  Foster relationships with wedding planners, designers, and key vendors to build the Mattei's reputation and position the property at the top of the market.  This is a sales role and does not oversee the servicing and execution of events.
