Executive Sous Chef (Los Olivos, CA)

The Executive Sous Chef reports directly to the Executive Chef and is responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by assisting the Executive Chef in providing outstanding culinary experiences.

Banquet Manager (Los Olivos, CA)

The Banquet Manager directs and motivates the team while personally assisting in providing high quality service based on requirements and standards. Monitors and controls financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection. Provides clear and concise communications to everyone having ownership in the success of the event. Identifies training opportunities and plans a strategy to accomplish goals.

Beverage Manager (Los Olivos, CA)

The Beverage Manager will lead the beverage programming at The Inn of Mattei's Tavern.  Areas of oversight include menu selection, inventory management, ordering, training team members, cleanliness and organization of the wine cellar, wine list maintenance, client outreach, expansion and retention. Key success factors include sales, cost of goods, team member retention and positive feedback.   

Lead Sommelier (Los Olivos, CA)

The Lead Sommelier is responsible for assisting in the curation of restaurant wine lists in collaboration with the Tavern General Manager and Wine Director. The Lead Sommelier will help manage the beverage team, maintain an accurate list, manage inventory, organize the cellar and work with the restaurant management team to ensure wine service and list are to Mattei's and Auberge Resorts Collection standards.

Human Resources Coordinator (Talent and Culture Coordinator) (Los Olivos, CA)

The Talent and Culture Coordinator is a key member of the Talent and Culture team working to ensure timely and accurate support of the day-to-day human resources operations and compliance with internal and external requirements.  This position is an essential resource to all team members of the Inn at Mattei's Tavern.

Experience Curator (Los Olivos, CA)

Auberge Resorts Collection is a leader in curating and executing one-of-a-kind experiences in extraordinary destinations.  The on-site Experience Curator for The Inn at Mattei's Tavern will fulfill a key role in developing and carrying out unique experiences for guests and team members alike.  The Experience Curator will also be the on-site point person for organizing and managing membership experiences, communication and engagement.
