Finance

Area Director of Revenue Strategy

Join our team as Area Director of Revenue Strategy (ADORS) and become one of the authors of our story. This role oversees two dynamic properties; Solage Resort in Calistoga, Ca and the soon to open Inn at Mattei's Tavern in Los Olivos, Ca. As part of the Auberge family, you will report directly to the General Managers of each property and work closely with the Corporate Director, Strategy & Analytics with primary responsibility for the development and execution of revenue strategies which achieve optimal top-line revenue, enhanced profitability, and gain market share. The ADORS will provide leadership and create recommendations to the revenue generation team(s) in the area of pricing, distribution channel strategy, digital marketing, and reservation sales. The ADORS will identify statistically relevant trends, leverage predictive modeling to predict future behavior, and implement core strategies necessary across all channels to optimize owner profitability.

This is a remote position with travel required to both properties as needed.

Food and Beverage

Banquet Manager

The Banquet Manager directs and motivates the team while personally assisting in providing high quality service based on requirements and standards. Monitors and controls financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection. Provides clear and concise communications to everyone having ownership in the success of the event. Identifies training opportunities and plans a strategy to accomplish goals.

Bar Back

Our bar backs are the right hands to our servers and bartenders. They ensure our dining room, bar and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing. They assist our bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning/sanitizing the barware, and restocking glassware, plateware and inventory. 

Bartender

As the primary contact for guests in the bar, the Bartender will be a storyteller for Mattei's as a whole and culinary selections. The Bartender is responsible for selling, preparing & serving mixed beverages, wine and food.  Must be pleasant, conscientious and professional with an extensive knowledge of mixology product and alcoholic beverage selections. 

Events Manager

The Event Manager will be responsible for detailing and preparing all event documentation and coordinating with Sales, property departments and guests to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event. Additionally, this role ensures for a seamless turnover from planning stage to the service stage to create outstanding events. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in social and catering events, is a go-getter that is a highly communicative, meticulously organized team player who possesses a positive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for innovation.

Food Runner

The restaurant food runner is imperative to the restaurant operation. The food runner will be responsible for graciously delivering food to tables and assisting the kitchen in set-up and breakdown of the runner station within the restaurant. This individual will be responsible for the extensive knowledge of the food menu. The food runner will constantly be in communication with the service team, management, and culinary team.

Host/Hostess

Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a dining experience to guests which distinguishes our restaurant as being the unquestionable first-choice. Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service at our busy welcome desk. Manage phones and reservations, strategic seating of guests, addressing guest desires with positive semantics and a commitment to accommodate requests.

Server Assistant/Busser

The Server Assistant/Busser works alongside the Server of the section and is responsible for getting everything to and from the tables, accurately, quickly and gracefully. They assist in the control of the information flow into the kitchen and the timing of dishes out to the dining room. They must be able to see the section and the restaurant as a whole and move around their team to accomplish the best service. 

Server, Restaurant and Bar

As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in food and beverage outlets, the Server is responsible for selling, serving food & beverages using their knowledge, authentic hospitality and service skills. Must be pleasant, conscientious and professional with excellent knowledge of culinary technique, wine and spirits, and proper service standards. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service. 

Housekeeping

Houseperson

The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for assisting room attendants through the distribution of supplies throughout property. Housepersons are also responsible for responding to guest requests for amenities/services and inventory stocking.

Public Area Attendant

Responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring all public areas are kept clean and neat for the enjoyment of our guests and team members.  Join our team and become one of the authors of our story. 

Room Attendant

Our Room Attendants are responsible for serving the needs of the business and our guests by ensuring the cleanliness of our guest rooms as assigned in a timely and thorough manner, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.

Sales

Group Sales Manager

The Group Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and sourcing group business in a specific geographic area in accordance with the collection's strategic plan to maximize room revenue during peak and nonpeak periods. Group Sales Manager is responsible for the overall management, productivity and achievement of sales goals for the assigned region. Group Sales Manager reports directly to the General Manager to ensure that sales and booking strategy is in line with properties business needs. The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, organized, enjoy leading and developing associates and interacting with guests. The Group Sales Manager also works as a team member with the sales and catering staff and is in close contact with support staff. Solicits, through direct sales and marketing contacts, the most complex accounts, which exhibit potential for business. This position is both on-site and remote.

Leisure Sales Manager

Join our team as Leisure Sales Manager for The Inn at Mattei's Tavern, Los Olivos, Ca. and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge Family, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing leisure business in accordance with the property's strategic plan to maximize room revenue during peak and nonpeak periods. This role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the revenue team to ensure that the leisure sales strategy is in line with the property business needs. This position is both on-site and remote.
