CNC Set-Up Operator (Indianapolis, IN)

The CNC Set-Up Operator sets-up and operates CNC lathes and machining centers; edits programs; programming ability is a plus. Experience with CNC controls and instrumentation to monitor progress and determine actions.

Inside Sales Associate (Indianapolis, IN)

The Inside Sales Associate is an entry level sale position that primarily supports the Sales Account Manager. This support will allow the person to learn the sales process from quote to shipment and the corresponding customer service. Maintenance Technician (Indianapolis, IN)

A Maintenance Technician is in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment. Their duties include fixing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and scheduling major repairs with the building's inhabitants.

Manufacturing Team Member - Furnace Operator (Indianapolis, IN)

Team Members will be trained to operate High Temperature Sintering Furnaces. Position will require maintaining material identification while loading and unloading parts from furnace, monitoring equipment for proper operation, and performing inspections on parts to ensure objectives are met.

Toolmaker Associates are responsible for crafting precision tools and constructing metal forms known as dies which are used in the shaping of metal for forging and stamping operations. These professionals have a variety of duties, including reading sketches, blueprints and CAD specifications, setting up and operating machines and tools, computing sizes and dimensions of tools and dies, and testing completed products.

Utility Associate (Indianapolis, IN)

The UTILITY ASSOCIATE safely and efficiently operates grinder, tumbler, straightener, and saws to produce parts in accordance with instructions on the production document. Maintains a clean, well organized work area. Uses precision measuring instruments to check dimensions of parts to assure finished parts conform to specifications.
