At Motion Canada, we offer a high quality benefits program as part of our total compensation offering that includes health, dental, vision and life benefits that are easy to understand and easy to use. The hallmark of our program is the Health Spending Account ($500) that gives you the flexibility to cover any health and dental expenses you might incur over and above what the core features offer.

Your Savings

Your future retirement is also important to Motion Canada, that's why our retirement savings program features two tax-advantaged plans:

About Our Refer a Partner Program

We have the best employees in the business. Hands down. That’s because working at Motion Canada is about partnering for success – with our teams, our suppliers and our customers. And we aim to keep the best employees who wow our customers every day and drive our industry forward. That’s why we work hard to deliver the kind of culture and benefits that make the experience more than just a job. But we don’t need to tell you what it’s like to work here. You already know. That’s why you’re the perfect person to refer the perfect candidate. We bet you know talented people who are interested in learning and growing and who would make great partners at Motion Canada. In fact, we’re so sure you know the right people that we’re going to pay you for it. That’s right – to encourage you to Refer a Partner, we will reward you $500.

How to Earn $500

  • Watch for job openings
  • Review the job description carefully
  • Share the contact details and resume of your referral with the hiring manager
  • If we hire your referral, and they stay with Motion Canada for three months, we’ll give you $500

It’s that easy. And the great news is that most Motion Canada employees can participate in the program. We only have a few exceptions: Directors and above are not eligible and people managers hiring a direct report are not eligible for that particular hire, but they can Refer a Partner for a position in a different department, location or function.
