This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for our clients and staff. The position reports to the Chief Behavioral Officer. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a passion for our mission and a strong background in behavioral health and facility operations.

Certified Peer Recovery Specialist - Mobile Unit/Harm Reduction (Trenton, NJ)

Under supervision by the Director of Emergency Services and clinical oversight by a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, the Certified Peer Recovery Specialist aids in the provision of engaging individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) and providing state and county resources to recovery support services through a community mobile unit initiative.
Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Certification (Required)

Under supervision of the Director of Substance Abuse Counseling Services, the Counselor coordinates and provides counseling and supportive services to residents. Primary responsibilities include assessment and evaluation of resident needs and strengths, development and implementation of treatment plans, development, and facilitation of education programs and group discussions and monitoring of resident progress.

Medical Technician (Trenton, NJ)

The Medical Technician will assist in providing medication monitoring and coordination of all medical, concerns of the behavioral health residents in conjunction with the Registered Nurse or direct physician orders and assist in the supervision of clients in the behavioral health unit.
