Behavioral Health
The Rescue Mission of Trenton is seeking a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) to join our Behavioral Health team. Every day, our counselors help individuals experiencing substance use disorders rebuild their lives through evidence-based treatment, meaningful relationships, and a recovery-oriented environment. Our counselors work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care that promotes recovery, self-sufficiency, and overall wellness.
The Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LCADC) coordinates and provides clinical counseling and supportive services to residents in a residential recovery setting. Core responsibilities include assessing resident needs and strengths, developing and implementing treatment plans, facilitating individual and group counseling, delivering psychoeducational programming, and monitoring resident progress throughout treatment.

The Rescue Mission of Trenton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator - Homeless Assessment and Referral (HAR) to join our Emergency Shelter team. In this role, you will provide direct case management and support services to individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them overcome barriers, access critical resources, and take real steps toward stable housing and independence.
