The Role at a Glance:
You will be the financial backbone of our projects, working directly under the guidance of our President and partnering with Account Managers to ensure every project is cost-effective and billed with 100% accuracy.

Project Integrity: Monitor progress, investigate variances, and manage month-end closings.

Financial Strategy: Accumulate costs, manage expense accruals, and analyze sales budgets.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to finalize project billings and maintain client satisfaction.

Process Leadership: Improve manual controls and provide data for external audits.

What We're Looking For:
Must-Have: Solid Cost-Plus accounting experience.

Technical Savvy: GAAP accounting knowledge and MS Office mastery (QuickBooks is a plus!).

Communication Pro: Ability to translate complex financial data for non-finance teammates.
