GRAND Mental Health is searching for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO). The CMO is responsible for helping to set the strategic vision and overall direction for medical practices and client care, consistent with the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. The business- and clinically-minded individual will oversee clinical quality, quality of care, and the medical aspects of the physician and advanced practice provider (APP) medical organization, ensuring clients receive appropriate psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, often including direct client care and supervising a team of medical professionals like psychiatrists and advanced practice providers. The CMO will report to the EVP and COO of GRAND Mental Health.
