The President & CEO of The Foundation for Tulsa Schools plans, organizes, leads, directs, coordinates and controls the Foundation's overall operations, adhering to the highest professional standards consistent with the objectives and policies established by the Board of Directors. The President & CEO may support and implement the philosophy and policies established by the Board of Directors and is accountable and reports to the Chair of the Board of Directors. The Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation for Tulsa Schools has legal authority to carry out any and all directives of the Board of Directors.
The Director of Human Resources promotes and implements corporate and human resources values by planning and directing human resources programs, policies, and procedures; maintaining compliance with all federal, state, local and corporate regulatory requirements; and directing Human Resources staff. The Director of HR must be an experienced professional, able to manage programs, lead staff, and possess a strategic mindset. Ensure that all HR needs of the organization are being met and aligned with all business objectives and cultural values.
