Tech Impact is a nonprofit on a mission to use technology to serve the world.  We have been delivering services since 2003 to thousands of national and international nonprofit organizations.  We also operate a proven Workforce Development Program that delivers highly impactful IT and Customer Service training that fosters individual growth, economic mobility, and a more diverse talent pool.  We have offices in Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE, Washington DC, Las Vegas, NV and Nashville TN as well as a number of our employees work remotely across the United States.

Tech Impact cares about our employees.  We pay 90% of our employees and their dependents health care benefits as well as, cover their out-of-pocket medical expenses. We also provide 15 days paid time off in the first year and 10 paid holidays.  In addition, we offer a 401K plan where Tech Impact matches up to 3% of the employee's contribution.
