The Assistant General Manager of Bear Restaurant is mainly responsible for shaping the success of each team member and thus the success of the experience provided to our guests. They are efficient, thoughtful and clear communicators who bridge the gap between guests, kitchen and restaurant team members, chefs and hotel operations.

The Asst. General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at Bear. Among their responsibilities include managing budgets and employee schedules, delegating tasks to staff, developing, implementing marketing strategies, training, and ensuring a memorable and luxurious experience for all guests of the at Stanly Ranch.

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager assists the Director of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Manager in the operational functions of the department. Assumes responsibility to oversee the Housekeeping associates and ensures that all standards and procedures are completed and met. The Bell Attendant's primary role is to warmly welcome all Guests to the property. Assists with the placement and removal of luggage from Guest vehicles and safely park and retrieve their cars. In this role you will guide our guests to their accommodations and explain the full layout of the property and rooms. You will handle any service needs guests might have and communicate those to the appropriate departments. Throughout the day you will be responding to guest requests, golf car rides, luggage assistance and guest deliveries.

Bell Captain

The Bell Capitan provides exceptional service and a warm welcome to all on and off property guests who approach the arrival area. Ranch Hand lead  will educate and train all new Bell Attendants/Ranch Hands as well as greet guests and provide gracious hospitality and prompt guest service with regards but not limited to; valet service, luggage service and property information. In addition, the Lead Bell will be responsible for effective and ongoing communication with all other resort departments.

Our Concierge will have the opportunity to work remotely and create bespoke itineraries for each guest travelling to the Ranch, by working closely with our preferred vendors, experiences, spa and culinary teams to create a memorable journey for all guests. The Director of Wine & Spirits is key in shaping the guest experience through a variety of avenues ranging from initial arrival, post-treatment at the spa, poolside, and restaurant experiences. This role requires a foundational understanding of the luxury market and consumer with a strong focus on digital marketing. The Marketing Manager will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and be a self-starting team player that's creative, innovative, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and deliver world class strategies in marketing, digital media, and partnerships. This role reports to the Area Director of Marketing and will support Stanly Ranch.

The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for leading the day to day operations of the department, including the added responsibilities of washing dishes and cleaning the dish room.  Adhere to hotel specifications and standards in operating the dishwashing machine to wash designated restaurant and kitchen wares, clean and maintain equipment and dishwashing, kitchen, cafeteria, compactor, storage areas. Assist in washing pots pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment. Complete other special cleaning projects as assigned.
