The Bellperson's primary role is to warmly welcome all Guests to the property and provide a fond farewell. In this role, the Bellperson will guide our guests to their accommodations and explain the full layout of the property and rooms. The Bellperson handles any service needs guests might have and communicates those to the appropriate departments. Throughout the day, the Bellperson will be responding to guest requests, golf car rides, luggage assistance and valeting vehicles. Additionally, the Bellperson will assist with the placement and removal of luggage from guest vehicles and safely park and retrieve their cars.

The Events Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the event planning and execution process for all groups. The position operates heavily in the Delphi software system; follows protocols for detailing events from the contract conversion to final billing and post-event follow up. Works closely with the Director of Events, Sales managers, Director of Banquets, Banquet Captains, Culinary teams, and corporate, wedding and third party event planners, to detail corporate programs, weddings and social events, through the creation of customized Group Resumes and Banquet Event Orders. Develops trusted relationships with each client to ensure program objectives are met/exceeded, high levels of service and attention to details are upheld, and opportunities for repeat business and referrals are secured.

The Halehouse Pool Host/Server will be responsible for the complete experience of the guest from the time they enter the pool area to the time that they leave. The Spa Supervisor addresses complaints and resolves guest and team member problems in the absence of the Director of Wellbeing. 

Staff Accountant - Income Audit

Join our team as a Staff Accountant and become one of the authors of our story serving the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues. Participate in meeting the needs of our managers and team members by providing quick and accurate service in a professional manner. The Staff Accountant performs a variety of accounting duties according to established company policies and procedures including posting appropriate entries in revenue and expenses regarding Income Audit. Provides administrative support to the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance as required and prepares reports and reconciliations.

The Staff Accountant oversees all income audit functions for the resort including setting up the correct mapping of POS charges to the PMS. They serve as the main communication for all our revenues and how they flow into the Financials.
