Full time Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and sort tires
  • General facility housekeeping
  • Adhere to all Alberta Environmental Rubber Products (AERP) Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
  • Control traffic near, in or around work area
  • Clean work area to eliminate possible hazards
  • Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, of equipment or materials
  • Manually heavy lift materials to assist in loading/ unloading and stocking of material
  • Spot trucks and heavy equipment
  • Responsible for yard maintenance and cleanup including mowing grass and reducing weeds
  • Use any hand tools, yard tools and lawn/gardening tools that may be required for tasks
  • Exercising good customer service while dealing with the public
  • Complete Pre-Job Hazard Assessments and Equipment Pre-Use Inspections
  • Other general labour duties as required

Education and Experience
  • 1 year outside heavy Labour experience is preferred but not required 
  • Must be able to perform physical repetitive tasks with the ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Previous experience working in the industrial industry is considered a strong asset
