Seasonal Park Attendant - Mill Creek (Amherst, VA)
Amherst County is hiring for seasonal park attendants to help provide a safe environment at Mill Creek Lake Park.

About the Job:
- Seasonal from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend
- Schedule is Sunday through Saturday between the hours of 10 AM and 8 PM
- Typically a 5 hour shift or as needed
- Typically 20 to 25 hours a week, potentially more depending on need
- Pay is $13/hour
- Picking up trash
- Emptying trash cans
- Assisting park visitors with information
- Enforcing park rules
- Cleaning facilities
- Providing general security and maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 25lb
- Good communication and people skills
- Reliability and dependability
- Ability to work primarily outdoors during summer months for extended periods
- Must be 18 or older
