A&P Technology’s success has created the need for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will support the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and setup of production machinery. They will be responsible for supporting multiple projects across various production areas and ensuring equipment is running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Energetically take a hands-on approach with mechanical solutions and manufacturing process improvements
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance
- Support production operations through equipment repairs and equipment/product setups/configurations
- Collaborate with Shop, Fabrication and Automation teams for non-standard repairs
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Maintenance Experience (2+ Years)
- Detailed understanding of mechanical systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong troubleshooting experience with a passion for problem solving
- Self-motivated, adaptable personality and willing to work in fast paced, dynamic environment
