What You’ll Do:✨ Inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential
✨ Implement our curriculum effectively to ensure student success
✨ Manage and facilitate engaging classroom experiences
✨ Provide hands-on guidance and practical instruction
✨ Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating classroom environment
✨ Lead by example with strong professional and technical skills
- Minimum of 1 year teaching experience (cosmetology or related field)
- Ability to inspire and motivate students while leading by example
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent group/classroom management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to solve problems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Current PA Cosmetology Teacher License required
