The Beauty Institute - Philadelphia is currently looking to add to our team at our campus in Philadelphia, PA. The right candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and be a team player. As the first face seen when anyone comes through our doors, we look to our Client Service Coordinator to continually be proactive in creating a pleasant atmosphere. The goal is to always maintain a positive environment for our students, teachers, and clients.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting Clients
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Successfully re-booking clients to achieve salon goals
  • Building and Maintaining client relations through excellent customer service and promotion
  • Handling Client Check-Ins and Check-Outs
  • Answering Phones
  • Maintaining Inventory and Placing Orders
  • Ensuring a pleasant environment for students, teachers, and clients
