As the first point of contact for students, clients, and staff, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive atmosphere in our school.
What You’ll Do:✨ Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor
✨ Schedule and re-book appointments to meet salon goals
✨ Build strong client relationships through outstanding customer service
✨ Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently
✨ Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
✨ Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed
✨ Ensure a friendly and inviting environment for students, teachers, and clients
