We are seeking to fill the position of Bookkeeper in our corporate office in Eatontown, NJ.  Position will involve
  • Reviewing vendor invoices to ensure that they are valid and accurate before posting to Quickbooks. Resolving discrepancies,
  • Processing vendor payments in Quickbooks and recording all  transactions.
  • Posting Credit Card transactions in Quickbooks including reconciliation to Credit Card Statements
  • Matching/Accepting downloaded bank transactions in Quickbooks and bank account reconciliation.
  • Assisting with annual financial audits.
  • Performing other admin tasks including maintaining vendor files, running reports, ordering supplies, and maintaining student records.
We seek candidates with a minimum of AS in accounting and two years hands on bookkeeping experience, QuickBooks experience (online version), Experience with monthly and annual closing of the books, strong computer and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.  For consideration, please apply now.
