School Associate Director – Lead, Motivate, and Inspire!

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily school operations across admissions, education, student services, front desk, and administration
Provide strong leadership through structured team support and communication
Ensure the consistent implementation of our education curriculum
Maintain and improve student attendance and retention
Motivate and empower team members through recognition and career development
Set and achieve strategic goals for student enrollment and job placements
Report weekly to the corporate office on school performance and progress

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of leadership or management experience (education industry preferred but not required)
Ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team with respect and appreciation
A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities
Willingness to embrace and exemplify The Beauty Institute’s culture, mission, and vision
Previous school experience is a plus but not required
