School Director – Lead, Inspire, and Drive Success!
Location: [Lehigh Valley Mall]
Salary: $65K – $85K (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations across admissions, education, student services, front desk, and administration
Provide strong leadership through structured communication and team support
Ensure the consistent implementation of our education curriculum
Maintain and improve student attendance and retention rates
Inspire and develop team members through recognition and career growth opportunities
Set and achieve strategic goals for student enrollment and job placements
Report weekly to the corporate office on school performance and initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of leadership or management experience (education industry preferred but not required)
Proven ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team with respect and appreciation
A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management abilities
Willingness to embrace and exemplify The Beauty Institute’s culture, mission, and vision
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
