3–5 years of leadership or management experience (education preferred, not required)

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Positive, solutions-focused mindset with a team-first approach

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

- Lead and oversee all daily operations including admissions, education, student salon, student services, front desk, and administration
- Create a culture of accountability, motivation, and collaboration
- Ensure excellence and consistency in curriculum delivery
- Drive student attendance, retention, and overall success
- Coach, recognize, and develop team members for long-term growth
- Set and achieve enrollment, retention, and placement goals
- Partner with corporate leadership through weekly performance reporting
