Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes from job posting to interviewing
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Address employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist HR Manager with benefit management and administration
- Collaborate with HR Manager as the business grows and contribute directly to designing and implementing new systems and processes to increase efficiency and support growth
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
