We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to assist in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes from job posting to interviewing
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Address employee inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist HR Manager with benefit management and administration
  • Collaborate with HR Manager as the business grows and contribute directly to designing and implementing new systems and processes to increase efficiency and support growth
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
