BTECH is seeking a Product Solutions Specialist to join our growing team. This customer-facing role is responsible for providing technical support and training for BTECH’s hardware and software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electronics, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional product support to customers via phone, email, ticketing system, and video conferencing (Teams/Zoom).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to BTECH’s hardware and software offerings.
- Deliver remote and occasional on-site product training and field service support.
- Remotely install and configure BTECH software in customer environments.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams such as Service, Monitoring, and Engineering.
- Maintain expertise in BTECH’s full product line and contribute to ongoing support documentation (manuals, bulletins, work instructions).
- Assist the Engineering team in testing and evaluating prototype hardware and software.
Minimum Education
Electronics Technology Degree (Associates) or equivalent experience.
Required Skills and Experience
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Hands on experience using basic electronic test equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with good interpersonal skills.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a working knowledge of databases and computer networking concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
