- Consult with healthcare facilities on staffing needs, coordinate the search for matching providers
- Partner with Client Sales and Recruiting to source and recruit physicians for open positions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and physicians currently on assignment
- Negotiate billing/payment rates; coordinate travel, risk management, and quality assurance
This is a non-management position
