Summary
Chartwell Law is seeking a Technical Analyst to support and maintain the firm’s financial and operational systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data integrity across various platforms. This role will assist in technology implementations, data management, system troubleshooting, and reporting, working closely with the Finance and IT teams to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include month-end processing, database reporting, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating with vendors. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams to support technology initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with software implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
· Support financial database reporting and ensure data integrity.
· Perform month-end processing and system administrative tasks.
· Troubleshoot financial application and system issues.
· Work with finance and IT teams to streamline data processes.
· Create and manage vendor support tickets for financial applications.
· Provide secondary support for financial system-related IT help desk issues.
· Assist with special projects and financial analyses as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related field (preferred).
· 1+ years of experience with accounting, billing, or financial systems.
· Exposure to Aderant, NetDocuments, or similar legal/professional services platforms (a plus).
· Strong SQL skills and experience with database management.
· Familiarity with BI tools, Power Apps, and scripting languages (a plus).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
· Organized, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
$65k - 80k
