Primary Duties Include: 
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
    • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
    • Configure and monitor security and compliance features within Microsoft 365.
    • Implement and manage Conditional Access policies to enforce secure access.
  • Endpoint Management
    • Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune for device management (Windows, iOS, Android).
    • Create and manage compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
    • Monitor device health and enforce security baselines.
  • Identity & Access Management
    • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including user provisioning, group management, and role-based access control.
    • Implement MFA and Conditional Access strategies for secure authentication.
    • Monitor identity protection alerts and remediate risks.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Assist with maintaining and auditing compliance with organizational and regulatory standards pursuant to client guidelines.
    • Assist in responding to security incidents related to Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments.
  • Network Engineering (New Section)
    • Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.
    • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network reliability and security.
    • Manage VPN solutions and remote access technologies for secure connectivity.
    • Configure and maintain network security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network segmentation.
    • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve network-related issues and ensure optimal service delivery.
    • Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures.
  • Operational Support
    • Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365, endpoint, and network-related issues.
    • Assist in documenting processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
    • Willingness to assist with various projects

Qualifications

  • Required
    • 3+ years of experience in system administration with a focus on Microsoft 365.
    • Hands-on experience with Intune, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Entra ID.
    • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
    • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
    • 2+ years of experience in network engineering or administration.
    • Proficiency with network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls) and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
    • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Preferred
    • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, MD-102).
    • Network certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA).
    • Experience working in a law firm.
    • Experience working with NinjaOne for managing endpoint as well.
