We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented Quality Technician to support testing, inspections, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge fiber optic products while providing long-term growth opportunities.

$16.00 / hour | Overtime: $24.00 / hour
Pay Increases:
+$1.00 once certified | +$1.00 night shift differential
Pay Incentives:
Earn an additional 5% of your weekly gross pay for perfect attendance
Schedule:
7am–7pm / 7pm–7am (must be available for both shifts)
Days:
36 hours one week, 48 the next (built-in overtime every other week)

What You’ll Do
- Perform optical, physical, mechanical, & environmental testing on raw materials & finished products.
- Document and analyze test results; generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain and audit quality documentation and databases.
- Conduct receiving inspections and process materials in SAP.
- Support shipping by preparing Certificates of Compliance and conducting final audits.
- Crosstrain as a QA Inspector and assist with test procedure development / revisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Required: High School Diploma (or GED).
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree OR 5+ years of experience in QA / manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / TL 9000 systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and independence.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
