Additional Pay Opportunities:
- $1.00 raise once certified
- $1.00 raise for night shift work
- Attendance Incentive: Earn an additional 5% of gross pay each week by maintaining perfect attendance
Shift Schedule:
- Must be available for both shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Coloring Line Operator to join our production team in Lugoff, SC. In this role, you will operate and monitor coloring line equipment, ensuring all products meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Safely and effectively operate coloring line equipment.
- Follow all company policies, plant safety rules, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Complete all required documentation for reels of fiber being inked.
- Read, understand, and follow operating procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify defects and follow proper procedures for disposition.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by management to support business needs.
- Ability to lift and handle reels of varying weights.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English (the language of all plant directives).
