CIS is now seeking a capable and dedicated HR Associate for a premier manufacturing company in Northeast Columbia, South Carolina. This is a full-time and on-site position with standard office hours. Truly a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate. The pay is depending on experience and starts at a minimum of $27/hour, paid weekly via direct deposit. This candidate must be eligible to work in the US and able to pass a pre-employment drug-test and background check. 


Duties

 

Assist team in recruiting and managing flow of new hires
Assist in employee relations and attendance alongside production supervisors 
Assist in answering general handbook and guideline questions to employees
Use software and Microsoft programs to record and maintain information pertaining to employees and production 

Requirements:

Previous HR experience in a manufacturing setting (4 years) OR bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Previous experience with Paylocity or other HRIS systems.
