Job Title: Construction Manager / Site Lead
Location: Kamloops / Merritt Region, BC (site-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40–50 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with overtime availability)
Salary: 85k-100k

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Lead to oversee daily construction and maintenance operations at our site. This leadership role requires hands-on experience in trade or industrial construction and maintenance environments. Candidates with scaffolding experience are highly valued, though backgrounds in ironworking, mechanical, or industrial insulation are also applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day construction and maintenance operations on site.
• Supervise and coordinate site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Plan, schedule, and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Assist with resource planning, materials management, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on site activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Residence within the Kamloops / Merritt region is required.
• Proven experience in trade or industrial construction/maintenance environments.
• Scaffolding experience is an asset; experience in ironworking, mechanical, or industrial insulation is also relevant.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 40–50 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime as required.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in construction settings.
