POSITION SUMMARY
Caya Integrated Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our behavioral health team in a flexible, part-time 1099 role.
This position provides therapy and assessment for outpatient patients, supporting a variety of behavioral health needs through individualized treatment planning and evidence-based approaches. The therapist will see scheduled patients in person and is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Compensation
- $65 – $70 per session (1099)
- Average caseload: 15 sessions per week
- Opportunity to increase caseload and earnings based on availability
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Manageable caseload (15 sessions per week)
- 1-hour therapy sessions (quality over volume)
- Light daily schedule (3 hours/day on average)

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES
- Responsibilities include the assessment and treatment of patients
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system as well as required facility documentation.
- Demonstrate strong ability to utilize CBT techniques and motivational interviewing.
- Maintain active Florida license under FS 491 and comply with all licensing board requirements, including CEUs.
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in practice meetings and quality initiatives as needed
- Provide ethical, trauma-informed care
- Collaborate with the Director of Behavioral Health for clinical guidance
COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all applicable laws and standards, including:
- HIPAA
- State licensure requirements
- Joint Commission standards
- Organizational policies and ethical standards
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Active Florida License (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) under FS 491
- Experience in outpatient therapy preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards
