We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. Position Summary
The Family Medicine NP will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate is confident, patient-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working within an integrated healthcare environment.

Pay: 1099 / Independent Contractor — $75.00 per hour
Schedule: Available 2–3 days per week

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, evaluations, and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Florida law
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR system
- Collaborate with behavioral health providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients on preventative care and wellness strategies
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Florida APRN license
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active DEA license
- Minimum of 2 years of Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred but not required
