Does this describe you?
- At least two years Roll-Off driving experience
- CDL Class B license with Air Brakes Endorsement in good standing
- Clean driving record
- Ability to obtain DOT medical card & pass drug and alcohol test (company pays for exam & test)
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-orientation
- Safety focus
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and walk for much of the day
- Reliable attendance for weekday work schedule that starts between 3 am - 5 am, and usually finishes between 12 pm and 3 pm
- Access to transportation for commute to 7800 Penn Western Court, Upper Marlboro, MD (public transportation not available in early morning)
- Willingness to safely handle food scraps
- U.S. employment authorization

We were founded with the objective of rescuing unwanted food scraps from the landfill, helping to retain valuable nutrients by converting the food scraps into a rich soil amendment – compost.
