POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Under the direction of the President, this position is responsible for directly managing the company’s business development strategies from start to finish. The focus will be on sales and service objectives to enhance current and new client relationships, maximize revenue and ensure long-term growth opportunities.

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:
- Build and Grow Key Business Relationships
- Maintain current client relationships and connect with other professionals
- Manage and maintain a client/referral database
- Represent us at industry events and networking functions
- Follow-up on customer inquiries and questions
- Maintain strong industry knowledge
- Research trends and new opportunities to increase sales
- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable driving record to meet auto insurance requirements

- 3-5 years of Business Development/Sales experience
- General cleaning knowledge - preferred
- Mix of office, fieldwork, and networking events
- Must be comfortable with occasional exposure to standard work site environments
- Routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to fifty pounds.
