Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting our company with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities
- Maintaining all associates files.
- Assist in organization design initiatives to optimize workforce effectiveness.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure organizational compliance.
- Track associate compliance to medical requirements pursuant to our janitorial medical accounts.
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance evaluations, training, and development programs.
- Manage employee benefit programs
- Payroll
- Other HR/Admin duties as assigned.
Experience
- Experience in human resources or related fields is preferred, with a focus on HR compliance and payroll
- Knowledge of employment labor laws, FMLA regulations, and workers' compensation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Qualifications:
- Acceptable Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or 2 years relatable experience.
- Experience with ADP workforce now a plus
- Valid Drivers license
- Flexible schedule to work outside of business hours occasionally

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
