Cohen Vaughan seeks a talented attorney with 3 - 5 years of Workers' Compensation experience to join its Palm Beach Gardens office. We are seeking applicants who have excellent writing and communication skills in an active, rapid-paced litigation practice. The partners in the Palm Beach Gardens office seek a bright, hard working person with good judgment, effective communication skills, and attention to detail. The salary is competitive and based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of cases in Workers' Compensation.
- Draft legal documents including briefs, pleadings, motions, and legal summaries/evaluations/analysis.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
- Assist in managing case files, deadlines, and client communications.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice areas.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state with good standing.
- Experience or knowledge in workers' compensation is required.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a Law Office setting is a required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
-Trial experience is required.
