Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and managing calendars
- Drafting documents
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Drafting, proofreading, and filing or sending legal documents (e.g., motions and correspondence to clients and outside parties)
- Answering calls
- Managing client communications
- Performing administrative duties, including:
- Maintaining lawyers’ calendars
- Scheduling appointments
- Making photocopies
- Compiling complex documentation
- Experience working with multiple lawyers simultaneously
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook for scheduling purposes
- Scheduling and calendar management is required
- Proficiency in typing is required
