Key Responsibilities:
- Set up queries and analytics for NICE Nexidia implementation.
- Customize reports and dashboards to meet client needs.
- Design and configure Nexidia to automate call QA rubric.
- Evaluate call intents, call trees, escalation processes, and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and business value.
- Conduct testing to validate configurations and system performance.
- Ensure best practices in solution architecture and configuration.
