CEDENT- Lab Associate (San Marcos, CA)

Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting laboratory experiments and routine testing following standard protocols
Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, solutions, and cell cultures
Help with lab maintenance, including equipment upkeep and troubleshooting issues
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering lab supplies
Perform data collection, documentation, and report preparation
Assist in quality control and inventory management of lab supplies
Follow safety procedures and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance
Support senior researchers and lab personnel in daily tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Chemistry or Biology
Hands-on experience in a laboratory setting (academic or industry)
Familiarity with basic lab techniques, lab supplies, and sample preparation
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, taking on multiple roles as needed
