Client is looking for a full-time Account Manager (Client Account Manager- Migraine) to effectively promote and sell migraine products to physicians, advanced practitioner providers, and other medical personnel within assigned geography. This position would be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in their territory. This position would also be responsible for achieving both territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company defined metrics. The Account Manager is 100% remote. This is a fast-paced challenging position offering a competitive compensation and benefits package. This position will report directly to the Director, Regional Sales and is a field based role. Could be multiple locations.

- Effectively promote and educate target HCPs on the use of promoted brands through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, company approved promotional speaker programs, and other company approved means.
- Utilize inside/virtual sales techniques to a pre-determined target list, in order to work towards achieving performance goals.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, clinical data and product information related to migraine treatment options. Be able to communicate the scientific and clinical advantages of promoted brands.
- Provide timely and accurate customer service to HCP’s, support staff, and accounts that request commercial support via contact to Client Medicines via phone, email or conference outreach.
- Effectively manage and prioritize the assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities. Develop and execute a strategic plan of territory coverage.
- Develop and maintain superior relationships with key decision makers and influencers within physician offices.
- Support targeted customers using company-approved resources, sales materials, and promotional activities/programs/ initiatives as identified by sales management.
- Maximize market access and patient access programs .
- Achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulations.
- Ensure territory sales strategy execution using annual territory business plan, regional business plan, and call activity reports.
- Accurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses and written reports in a timely function and within deadlines defined by leadership.
- Attend all company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed by sales leadership.
- Travel as needed throughout the territory (to include overnights) to see targeted HCPs as required by call plan.
- Exercise sound judgement, demonstrate self-awareness and receptivity to coaching.
- Follow all established occupational health and safety procedures, good manufacturing practices (GMP’s) and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)

- Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support Client on various business initiatives
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS degree, preferably in life sciences or business administration) from accredited University or College is required/preferred
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare sales experience with a successful track record (documented) required.
- Knowledge of market access landscape/patient access tactics.
- Ability to manage a territory budget and function in a fast-paced emerging company environment.
- Ability to learn, understand and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information to drive increased product utilization among assigned customers.
- Proven ability to work effectively across functions as a team player.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software.
- Ability for 100% travel.
