Job Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable federal, state, and local government grant opportunities (e.g., NIH, BARDA, CDC, NSF, DoD, SBIR/STTR, WHO) for the client.
- Lead the preparation and submission of grant applications, including technical proposals, budgets, timelines, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate internal teams (R&D, clinical, regulatory, finance) to collect required application documents.
- Manage post-award activities, including tracking milestones, budget compliance, and progress reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Health Policy, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience applying for government funding in diagnostics, biotech, or medical device industries.
- Proven success in applying for NIH, CDC, or SBIR/STTR grants.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with R&D team to craft technical grant materials.
