Job Description
One of our healthcare client is seeking an experienced and adaptable Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives supporting our growing healthcare network. This role is ideal for a collaborative project leader who thrives in dynamic environments, asks thoughtful questions, and continuously learns while driving projects from initiation through successful delivery in a fast paced environment.
The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects with interdependencies across IT, Field Operations, and Corporate teams. This role requires strong planning, communication, and risk-management skills, along with the ability to balance structure and flexibility while working with diverse stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Delivery

Serve as the single accountable owner for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple IT projects simultaneously

Lead medium to large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving internal teams, external partners, and matrixed resources

Manage projects from initiation through go-live, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives

Rigorously manage scope, schedule, and resources to deliver projects within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies using tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and Smartsheets

Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues while maintaining an integrated delivery roadmap

Publish regular project status updates and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership

Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and governance forums

Act as a key liaison between IT, business stakeholders, field teams, and corporate partners

Develop and execute effective communication plans tailored to diverse audiences

Proactively escalate risks, issues, and resource constraints to ensure timely resolution

Present project updates, recommendations, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders

Lead ongoing risk identification and mitigation activities to minimize business and project exposure

Identify opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiency, and better project outcomes

Contribute to the evolution of project management standards, templates, and best practices

7–10 years of project management experience leading IT or technology-enabled initiatives

Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and related project management tools

Experience working in healthcare, regulated environments, or complex enterprise settings preferred
-
Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles and cross-functional delivery models
-
20–30% travel, approximately once per month, to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement
